If I were stuck on a deserted island I would most likely pick little-man to come with. For a household item, I would bring a flushing toilet, and for a luxury I would bring Justin Timberlake (he may be a person..but he's a total luxury in my eyes!).
..The movie reference reminds me of Vince Vaughn...don't ask me why, but it does!

i would bring william. he's usually really good for lo-fi entertaining. as for household item, i think i have to go with stacy's answer of a flushing toilet! i wouldn't have thought of that but it definitely would be my pick. for a luxury, i would bring mo, and i'm going to add one more: beauty item. SUNSCREEN!

here's what i'd bring
person: Will Smith ...I think he'd provide hours of entertainment. Hi-Lar_Ious!
household item: toothpaste and brush (i can't handle that scene from castaway when tom hanks cracks his own tooth out with the ice skate)
luxury item: a sophisitcated food-catching system, so I don't have to do any work (i'd be lazy on the island, letting will do most of the work)
and i concur on the sunscreen.
If I was a deserted island, I'd bring my dad. He's so resourceful and I totally trust him to make my life as kick-ass as life on deserted island can be. My one cd would be James Taylor's greatest hits because both dad and I like JT. Household item...running water. Is that a household item? And my luxury item would be a fully stocked library.
