don't know what to write about here.
I come up with ideas, I start writing about them... then I either delete it all, or save it as a draft. Mostly I do this because I think that I'm the only one who cares about whatever I was writing about.
So, if you're still out there, reading my (very infrequent) posts, feel free to comment if you like or dislike something. Thanks.
Anyway, since Thanksgiving I have been getting up before work 3-4 times per week to go to the gym. I'm SO not a morning person, but this seems to be the only time I can fit it into my schedule. During that time, I have only missed one week (when I had bronchitis and couldn't stop coughing long enough to exercise at all). It's been six weeks of at least 30 minutes cardio, 3+ times a week (hey, it's better than nothing). I have not lost any weight, but I do feel stronger and (I think) I look a little leaner. I have to be in a swimsuit in less than 4 weeks, which is very strong motivation.
Maybe that's me patting myself on the back. But, it's something to write about. Yes, more to come...
